What Can I Do?
A friend has a big feeling: cross, sad, worried, scared or tired. Pupils choose something that could help, such as slow breaths, asking for a break or telling a grown-up. Each card has a picture as well as words. After every choice, the game says why it could help, or gently why it might not. Practising when calm makes it easier to choose in the moment.
For KS1–KS3. About 5 minutes. Emotions & social. Low sensory, works without sound.
